The vest measures 16” across the bust laying flat and is 18” long the skirt is 13.5 inches across at waist laying flat and is 32 “ long. There is an imprint where the skirt was on a hanger as shown in pictures and a little wear and discoloration in the leather but nothing major. Please look closely at the pictures as they are part of the description. Please note, if you want new don’t purchase these they are vintage and worn and have flaws!!!
