Description: RARE print 1920s antique percy waters tan blue print sheet E tattoo flash 18x24 sheet Y. super rare to find any imagery of this sheet. old and super rare print of percy waters production. there is lots of mystery around these tan blue prints as to who made them and when. my guess is 1970s or 80s but could be quite a bit older. has a chalky feel. had a terrible moth ball smell but I stored them outside in a closed garage until the smell dissipated. the imagery on a couple of the designs is mostly excellent and complete. photos refect the sheet in different sources of light. size is 18x24 inches. print of flash done at unknown time, not by me. condition is good with usage and faded print. see photos as they are part of description. images on listing are photos of the actual item itself.
