If product is damaged in shipping we must make claim immediately to recover damages so claims of shipping damage must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product. New returns must be approved and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. You must provide documentation of purchase of said product in order to receive new return credit. All returns must be preapproved via Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and must be sent freight prepaid, unless other arrangements are made.
