Description: I have for sale an OEM Harley solo seat. It's marked 5577 on the bottom as well as MAR 1968 (I think). It's a solo seat with the circular silver logo on each side and leather tassels down each side too. Total length from the front tip to the very back is about 17". I do not know exactly which model it is for. On the bottom it attaches to the bike with a tab under the very front of the seat, two L brackets on each side of the middle of the seat, and two screw holes on the top of the "backrest" though it's not much of a backrest. The L shaped brackets on bottom are spaced 12" apart, and the screw holes on the backrest are 3.5" apart. Let me know what other measurements might help you figure out if this will work for you. Leather has been cleaned and is in good condition. tassels are clean and all of the staples are still holding the leather in place, A couple of small cracks have developed in the plastic substructure of the seat but once installed I doubt these would prove problematic. There's also a small white streak along the top edge of the back of the seat that I didn't try to get off - doesn't look like wear or abrasion.
