The painting is framed in a sturdy thin edge metal frame, and it is professionally matted (see photos). The artwork is signed and dated by the artist is the lower right-hand corner of the painting: WM Fett, Texas, 1982 (see photos). Measurements: Including the metal frame, approx. 28" tall x 36" wide. The painting itself, excluding the frame and matting, measures approx. 21.75" tall x 29.75" wide. Condition: Very good condition. The artwork itself appears to be free from having any issues / damage - there are no rips, holes, tears, stains, repairs, etc. The matting appears fine as well. The frame shows light traces of wear that are consistent with age and handling. The brown paper lining on the reverse side has some scattered small rips. There is a sturdy wire hanging mechanism attached to the back side of the frame for hanging purposes. It's ready to be enjoyed in a new home!
