The top portion where the circuit board is pushed into, have 3 clips all around, remove one part at a time. The nickel strips are either .22 or .2mm thick. I have included about 3m/10ft of .1mm x 8mm strip I would recommend to use if the batteries you will be using have a constant discharge of over 15-20A. You can fold the .1mm strip onto itself 2-3 times if you plan on using 35-40A+. A 3S battery requires 4 balance leads. Your first negative and last positive is taken care of by the main B-/B+. Your 2 leads you will need to solder wire to are First battery positive terminal off the main B- cell, and Second battery Positive terminal. Main positive B+ is the third battery cell. 18-24AWG wire is fine. Without balance leads they will not charge off a Milwaukee battery charger I recommend using Molicel INR18650 P28A for the best price to performance 2.8Ah 35A discharge $3-4 a cell. Or you could pay double for the same battery Milwaukee uses Samsung 25S 2.5Ah 25A. At around that price you can get Molicel P28B 2.8Ah 40A, or P30B 3.0Ah ~36A.
